In September, the Consortium celebrates its 15th anniversary alongside the 10th anniversary of Project Access Nashville Specialty Care (formerly Bridges to Care Plus). Dr. Clifton Meador was the keynote speaker at the breakfast event, which was hosted at Saint Thomas Midtown Hospital. The second Dr. Clifton Meador Community Health Leadership Award was presented to Carol Westlake, with the Tennessee Disability Coalition, who served as the second chair of the Safety Net Consortium of Middle Tennessee.
