Consortium begins the strategic planning process in August to work toward organizational formation. Rebecca Leslie, with the Medical Foundation of Nashville, is elected as the third chair of the consortium. Creation begins for the articles of incorporation and governing documents including the formation of the Governing Board and Policy and Planning Council to begin in 2020.
